Reclaim policy

Make sure you check all items as soon as you receive them.
If you want to make a complaint contact us at as soon as you notice the damage on your item, but not later than 7 days after delivery. 
When a complaint is made an investigation of the goods will be started. Before the item will be returned back you need to show proof of the defect, preferably by sending us photos of the damage to
